 The Informal Investors Network (TIIN) is a case-by-case fund-manager and invests with groups of informal investors in high potential companies. The investors are part of the TIIN network with more than 500 Informal Investors. TIIN manages the participation from intake, management until exit. TIIN has by now invested in more than 30 participations. Investments varied from 300K € to several millions € per participation, and the focus is mainly on technology, ICT, medical technology, trade (Business to Business) and commercial services.

 TechFund B.V. is a venture capital firm and realizes promising participations in innovative and knowledge-intensive companies, where added value is supplied with funding, know-how and know-who (network), provided by the stakeholders and the entrepreneurs network. TechFund B.V., set up by TIIN (The Informal Investors Network B.V.) and Atlantic Capital B.V., is a fund with a wide support of over 35 Informal Investors and wants to invest specifically in companies which are in the primary growth phase with business models that generate profit within 1 to 2 years. Also companies that are closer to the market and already have recurring revenue and need growth capital in the first phase can approach TechFund B.V. |
