23 March 2020: Everbridge acquires one2many
Everbridge, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVBG), the global leader in critical event management (CEM), today announced that the company has acquired the leading global provider of cell broadcast solutions for safety applications, one2many, in order to provide a mobile-optimized, full-lifecycle solution for meeting and exceeding EU regulatory and other global initiatives for countrywide population alerting.

13 February 2020: PBS selects one2many for Wireless Emergency Alert System
one2many, the world's leading Wireless Broadcast company, announced that its Commercial Mobile Service Provider (CMSP) Gateway is in full production at PBS, the Public Broadcasting Service in the U.S.A, for their PBS WARN service.
